Angamardana

A series of 31 dynamic processes, rooted in yoga, to invigorate the body and reach peak physical fitness. Angamardana means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs and other parts of the body. It needs no fitness equipment.  

Regular practice of Angamardana improves endurance, strength, cardiac rythm and focus.

Angamardana is one of the main practices teached in Isha Hatha Yoga.

Benefits

Angamardana must be practiced on empty stomach, this means:
- 4h after a full meal
–   2h ½ after a snack (fruit, biscuit)
–   1h ½ after a drink (tea, coffee, milk, fruit juice). This means that, after that, you can drink only water
- 10h after alcohol consumption
–   45 min after a cigarette
